M300-XT SE Compact Bluetooth Headset | 80% noise canceling headset for mobile workers; compact fit, 14 hr talk time

Works great overall. It doesn't seal on your ear as much as the bigger ones. It still blocks noise on my end but I can't always hear the person I'm calling. While driving or without extreme background noise, it's my favorite headset.

I bought this for my husband. He uses it while he's driving truck. He says it's comfortable, with clear hearing and I can hear him clear on the other end. It's been durable so far. It's small and fits one ear. Easy in and out. Very versatile and looks nice. Battery life is great. He charges it once every 3 days (he's not constantly using it though).

Unfortunately this Bluetooth doesn’t work well for my husband. The noise cancellation works but unfortunately when he’s talking at time I can hear him clearly and then other time he’s muffled. I believe the comfort of the Bluetooth is fine for him. Not sure about the range or durability.

After trying several over ear earpieces, I didn't have much hope for this one especially considering how bulky the over ear piece looks. It took a minute to find a comfortable way to wear my eye glasses over that piece. I'm also not a fan of anything in my ear. As well, usually the ones that go over the ear & in the ear do not fit me well but this one surprised me. As a woman with several challenges to this earpiece (a lot of hair, wearing eyeglasses, overall size vs placesment of the earpiece), this one overcame all of the challenges! I even forgot I was wearing it. It is lightweight and I don't notice it in my ear. It also doesn't fall off which I thought would happen given the size of it. The sound quality is good and loud enough for me to hear the caller. My only small comlaint would be that when I asked my caller if they could hear any background noises on my end, they could hear the noises very clearly. So I would say noise canceling can use some improvement. A few things about the buttons... there are only 4... Answer/hangup, volume up, volume down and I love the placement of the mute button which makes a low audible noise in the earpiece to let you know you've muted/unmuted the call-Kudos on that feature! Happy to have finally found a new over ear earpiece I can live with. Suggestion-link it up to Alexa so she can find it when I misplace it in the house! Then I'll give you 5 stars :)

Light, comfortable, clear speaking and listening. I love this thing. Such an upgrade!

Got this for my husband, who is a UPS delivery driver. They drive around with the doors open all summer long to try and avoid heat exhaustion, so it's usually a bit loud when he's driving on the highway. The overall sound quality from his end was very clear, I could hear him well, it seemed to be comfortable for him to wear. But as soon as he got on the freeway and got up to speed, his voice cut out with the background noise and I couldn't hear him well. It's a great headset, easy to connect, lightweight, sleek, but it doesn't work for my husband in his situation. It deserves 5 stars for overall sound quality, but have to give it 3 because it's not perfect for all situations.

I had an old Plantronics ear piece that I loved but I lost it. After spending quite a few hours comparing products I purchased this item to replace it and I am really disappointed. The sound isn’t bad but that’s the only positive. The voice controls don’t always work, it doesn’t fit comfortably on my ear (forget trying to wear with sunglasses!) and it sometimes falls off. My old headset would tell you how much talk time you had left, this one gives no warning that the battery is low, it just suddenly stops working. These are all important features for me so I will probably keep looking for an adequate replacement for my old one (which unfortunately they no longer make).

This item works very well for truck drivers. They are excellent with noise cancellation for the user and sound quality for the receiver.

Stopped working after 3 months. Had intermittent auto-shutdowns until it stopped working all together.

Garbage. Blueparrott has lost it's reputation. This is my 3rd or 4th m300. Although I have other models of Blueparrott too. Issue this time. Bluetooth device automatically unpairs. Every time I turn it on it has to pair again. earphone speaker voice becomes less with time
