Spigen Tough Armor Designed for Galaxy S23 Case (2023) [Kickstand] [Military-Grade Protection] - Black

It fits my phone well and wasn't very expensive. I use the kickstand often and I drop my phone all the time, even onto concrete. It's a bit scratched but still works great. The space around the USB port is also generous, so odd cables will likely work fine. It also works fine with the few screen protectors I've used. It's also relatively light and not gigantic, which is nice. The only thing I don't like is it traps dust, but so does every other case. Maybe once a month open it up and clean your phone, but that's about it. The case is also smooth and untextured, which looks very nice but it can be a little slippery at times. Regardless, it's still very nice and I'd get it again if I had to.

Arrived in 2 days. Easy to put on and holds tight around the phone. The case is a combination of rubber and metal (maybe plastic). There are 3 button covers and this work well. The on/off button has ribs to make it a more confident grip, but no ribbing elsewhere on the cover. The left side and the backing is a hard material. The cameras, usb port and microphone are clear of the casing. There is a stand on the back for watching video or video conferences. Haven't yet dropped it and it's only 3 days old so I can't say how well it will hold up, but I can't imagine it won't outlast the phone. It seems very sturdy and will protect well. There is no screen covering, but I knew this before I ordered. For the price, it seems like a very good value.

Seems to be fairly durable and all the features work.

For the other folks like me who obsess over phone protection, I have compared the Spigen Tough Armor and Spigen Rugged Armor cases. I used a Tough Armor case for almost 5 years for my Galaxy S9 with no issues, so that positive experience made me buy another Spigen case for my S23. I'll let the photos speak for themselves with a few comments here: 1. I prefer the added thickness of the Tough Armor for better protection. The depth of the lip around the screen seems about the same for both, but overall the added thickness of the Tough Armor gives it the edge for me, including the added protection for the camera lenses on the back. 2. There are small gaps in the Rugged Armor case around the buttons on the side whereas the Tough Armor is completely sealed. The Rugged Armor may let dust and other particles inside the case (but that can be cleaned out easily by removing the case). 3. The softer sides of the Rugged Armor definitely offer more comfort when holding the phone versus the Tough Armor with its sharp edges, but this isn't a deal breaker for me. 4. The Tough Armor has the kickstand on the back which I do find convenient every so often. Again, I'm a big fan of Spigen, and I think either case will work well. If you prefer a slimmer, more comfortable case, go with the Rugged Armor. If you prefer more protection like me, go with the Tough Armor. Overall, I'm docking 1 star from the Tough Armor because of the sharp edges, but I still think it's a great case.

I can't say enough good about Spigen! I've fallen in love with their screen protectors (esp the installation kit), and I've used their ToughArmor cases now for3 smartphones, and I'll probably never switch brands. In my experience, this case is as close to indestructible as you can get, withstanding all sorts of drops and scratches and hard use. Over time, it may show wear, but the phone within will stay perfectly protected. The case is relatively easy to remove/clean/reinstall (I mean, not too easy because you wouldn't want it to pop off accidentally), it has a nice smooth feel, and isn't that bulky or heavy considering the level of protection it offers. Also, the little foldable kickstand is surprisingly handy - I've found myself using it everyday to display video on my phone while I'm working at my desk or in the kitchen. I did just have to replace the case on my Galaxy S23, but that was my stupidity, not the case's fault (one night in the dark, I kept trying to fit it in my wireless charger, wondering why it wouldn't seat properly, until I snapped/broke off the little kickstand piece because I didn't realize that was what was catching). If not for user error, I think this case would last for years under normal conditions. 5 stars, 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend and repurchase!

Effective and durable. About to order another one! I've dropped my phone countless times... many times on concrete while on a run. Slap a glass protector on as well, and you'll be set.

My S23 needed a replacement for the case soon, and the Spigen was recommended to me. Fits perfectly and looks sleek, just how I like it. Feels smoothe as well. I recommend it to everyone.

Product arrived in excellent condition, fast shipping, & with great battery life since I bought after 2 months of use. I can't confirm it's longevity as a new since it's a new purchase. The S23 is a good blend of value with the latest Google/Samsung OS.
