For some reason, I thought this was like a leg machine to make legs stronger. This is not what this is. I guess it’s just to hold your legs in place so you can do the splits one day? Yeah, I thought you could like adjust the tension to workout legs. No, it’s just to stop your legs from closing and to force them open more to hold the position. I guess it’s a stretch machine? Lol, I just be on here buying stuff.

I appreciate how sturdy the stretching machine is. When I unpackaged it it was also very easy to assemble. You literally just click it open and screw the foot pads on. I have only had the item for about a week, so I will submit an updated review if anything changes. So far though I enjoy it, it is made well, and it does help me fit flexibility training into my schedule more easily. I like to use it while I watch TV.

Works as described. Good stretcher.
