Makes a big difference in yeast hydration.
Up till this point I have been dry pitching my yeast for my homebrewing. Using this Go-Ferm I have noticed a drastic decrease in the lag phase of the yeast! Fair warning to those of you who have a sensitive nose, the smell of this and other "Ferm" products is quite strong. It is also a VERY fine powder that can "burp" from the packet when closing it. Not a bad price, but not as cheap as it is in the USA for obvious reasons.

Good yeast nutrients for home brewing
I have recently started homebrewing mead and wine, although not necessarily needed this helps ensure my brews have enough nutritional to provide good quality brews in less effective environments. It's easy to use and good value for money.

Very effective for making a strong yeast starter. been using it for a year now and its a worlds difference pitching dry yeast from the packet straight into the wort vs making a starter with goferm and pitching it into the wort after its built a strong cell count
