Love these, nice print quality

The personalised pencils arrive very quickly and are excellent quality. Unfortunately, though, there was a spelling mistake in the personalised wording. I ordered pencils to give to each member of my church choir as a thank you after their singing in the Carol Service. The pencils arrived on Thursday, for the service on Sunday. I found a telephone number for That’s My Name Ltd, not really expecting to be able to speak to someone in person, but cheery Clive answered the phone, could not have been more helpful and friendly. He said to leave it with him, he would have the pencils redone and sent off by return to reach me in time. He was true to his word. The pencils arrive on Saturday and I have them, today, Sunday, to give to each singer. I am so pleased. Excellent, five-star customer service, well done. Very many thanks.
