Bestway 10 ft x 30-Inch Steel Pro Frame Pool Set

Massive pool for the money. Seems well but as of yet haven't used it (cheers weather). As I haven't used it I can't comment on the effectiveness of the filter and pump but it is very small and am not very optimistic as to how effective it is. It took about 1 hour to assemble and about 8 - 10 hours to fill via the garden hose pipe. Make sure you have completely level and hard ground to place the pool on as any gradient can place a lot of stress on the side with the greater amount of water and thus potentially weaken the side. With that in mind the frame clips together and is held with plastic 8mm pins. If your reading this with the intention of buying I would recommend this as for the price you will get a lot of enjoyment if the weather permits. I would say if you get this pool don't buy the solar cover as it still allows all the leafs etc to collect in the pool.

Great for the holidays for my kid actually got built by myself so you actually don’t need two people. Took about half an hour to put together and 1st morning since having it it’s still filling up. Have left water running all night and it’s still going. So won’t be going down until the beginning of winter haha. Son is going to love this could of came with mats for the bottom to protect the floor part and a net would of been good apart from that love it value for your money Filter took a bit of juggling to get right but I didn’t read the instructions properly lol buts it’s massive big enough for a family of four easy

We have used the pool on many occasions this year and assembly is easy; storage is not quite so easy as we can never fold it away neatly. Nonetheless it is quite robust and has given hours of fun to our grandchildren. We also bought the solar cover which warms up the top couple of inches of water which the pump, supplied with the pool, circulates after we remove the cover. The pool is big enough for our seven-year-old granddaughter to swim in while with the bigger grandchildren the water comes up to their waists. WARNING - if you have a water meter just be advised that the pool uses a lot of water - it takes about four hours to fill using a hose. Using the pump does obviate the need to empty and refill the pool too frequently.

I spent a while looking at reviews for different pools and reading about them before deciding on this one. I’m so pleased with it , it was fairly easy to put together , purchased foam mats to go underneath it (they sell them in packs of 4 on here and if anyone’s interested I got 10 packs!). And took around 8-10 hours ish to fill up. It’s heaven!! SO nice to lay in and relax in the hot weather , I think it’s the perfect size and depth , and you can fit quite a lot of inflatables in there too which is great. Such a great reliable make also because the electric pump I purchased , and the pool cover and some of the inflatables were the same make and they are all really good too! Best money I’ve spent.

So, I have now had this for a while. The liner had split and leaked and the seller (who I would give 5 stars to) put me in touch with Bestway who eventually after a number of photos and videos sent out a new liner. I also bought a heater because the kids moan about tap water temperature. I also bought a pool cover to keep the heat in and the leaves out. I also had to buy the chemical kit because otherwise with kids it goes green and cloudy in a week. I also bought a pool vacuum because event with a cover you will still gets bugs, twigs, leaves and bits on the floor of the pool. I also have just bought the FlowClear Bestway pump to replace the very flimsy pump that comes with it which got clogged with green gunk so many times over the course of just a four week period that it started causing problems with the heater (as the flow rate was too low, it would seem). I have also bought some strong play matting because it is on our patio and the patio surface is way too hard for kids to be jumping around on in water (it kills grass perfectly, so patio was the only option for us). The only extras I have not (yet) bought that other reviewers have are the steps and a parasol to cover it when super sunny so that kids don't burn. So, my guidance to all readers would be - don't think for one second that this is a plug and play toy and that it includes everything you need if you want to use it for an enjoyable summer. It's the thin-end of the spending wedge. That said, now that I have spent at least four times the price of the pool and got very familiar with Bestway customer services (and only this morning ordered a yet-further top up on the necessary pool chemicals to keep it clear and not green), the kids absolutely love it. As does everyone who visits. Get one.

Quickest delivery ever! came the next day! My two boys love it! I got the 10ft one so I could be tight and use my trampoline cover over it! But its the perfect size for up to 4 kids. Really easy to set up, You just need to make sure its level or the would be too much pressure on one side. We used old underlay and carpet offcuts to pad under the bottom as that amount of water really shows up the stones in your garden you didn't realise you had and I didn't want the bottom being damaged. I'm on lowish water pressure so it took about 6 hours to fill. You do need a pump as the water gets murky after a week (covered at night) and i don't want to waste that much water by refilling. I've also bought some chlorine tabs and a floater that I leave in overnight. I would recommend you get a pool ladder as my 5 year old can't get out without using the sides and dropping over.

Only been used once so far as weather been awful. But otherwise very good quality.

I bought this pool expecting a fun summer setup, but it turned into a complete nightmare. The pump didn’t work straight out of the box—completely dead. Tried contacting the seller, but surprise: the phone numbers listed are either incorrect or just don’t work. No response, no support, nothing. So I tried going through the manufacturer for a warranty claim. What a joke. They demand endless photos and videos, and then you’re stuck waiting on hold for hours just to speak to someone who barely helps. It’s like they’re trying to wear you down so you give up. Well, I did give up—because after all that hassle, I ended up having to buy a new pump myself. So not only did I waste time, I’m now out of pocket for something that should’ve worked in the first place. Do yourself a favor: skip this pool and spend your money on a brand that actually stands behind their product. This one’s nothing but stress and disappointment.

The Pool is good and affordable, however was delivered with only 1 filter cartridge not 2 as mentioned, and without the fixing kit.

Size-wise (10') much better than going out to expensive resorts especially in time of covid 19 pandemic. only con is the filter pump motor - it's 50 Hz and didn't last long in the PhilippinesO

Easy to assemble on concrete patio by one small woman. Love the light gray color and the blue liner. I thought the small filter would have a little more power but it seems adequate. Would recommend!
