DJI Osmo Mobile SE , 3-Axis Phone Gimbal

Very easy to set up and use. But takes a bit of learning before diving into videos. But the app provides a ton of information on how to operate it! It’s very easily stored away and connects to your phone quickly. It has a removable mount that you can easily disconnect and reconnect your phone. Great battery life and isn’t overly heavy! I enjoy using this.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up their video game. This is such a great little tool for improving video stability and smoothness. I use it to film close-up video content for clients and absolutely love it. It feels well-made and robust, folds away easily, and instantly elevates the quality of your videos. Once I first had it was hard to manoeuvre but after some practice it is great very smooth when doing videos when holding and when on the tripod stand. Build is great very sturdy. Easily connects to my phone and software you get when downloading the app is great and quick to edit videos.

I've had a DJI OSMO gimbal before, and they're very well-made. This one is a step-up from the one I had before. It's easy to use and does a great job.

This is awesome! It stabilises your videos if you’re walking or dancing, the tracking function works great if you want to film a specific person. Not too heavy, but not light, feels like a quality product. Worked very easily and connected to my iPhone with ease. The battery lasts a good few hours.

Exce value for money. Really solid construction and works really well for someone like me.. looking to stabilise some iPhone video recordings. App works well too.

I was a bit worried about buy it and get any bad product, but was absolutely the opposite, the quality is good and it works perfectly, very good stability, and help make amazing videos. Good shape and fits perfectly with the hands. Didn’t use too much to share my experience about the battery life, but till now it seems good.

This was my first gimbal so I thought the problems I encountered were due to my inexperience. Upon further investigation and experimentation however, I discovered the flaws lie in the design itself. 1. The tilt angle is so small it's useless. You can't make a low/rising shot without rotating your wrist 90 degrees, which also makes the grey frame prone to entering your video. You won't notice this until editing. This means the follow and tilt modes are effectively no different at all. 2. The follow mode seems to make its own decisions on what angle to film the subject at. If you're orbiting round a subject, it tries to stay fixed at the same viewpoint and then suddenly swings around erratically. Despite balancing the phone properly, it seems to do this all the time. All my videos had this effect no matter what I tried. It effectively makes everything look mechanical and twitchy, not buttery smooth as it suggests. 3. AI tracking is hopeless. It constantly loses the subject and then swings around erratically for no reason. It's really twitchy as it tries to keep the subject centred. 4. POV mode is the only mode that seems to work effectively, but then you lose the axis control. It's little better than holding your phone on a selfie stick. 5. Not sure if it's my phone or the gimbal, but it drains the phone battery after about 40 minutes of intermittent use. There is undoubtedly a learning curve with a gimbal but this product seems to hinder the process. I'm returning it to try the hohem which attracts better reviews.

Fini les vidéos tremblantes, on obtient un rendu fluide digne d'un film, même en marchant. Ce qui rend ce stabilisateur indispensable : Stabilisation 3 axes ultra-efficace : La différence avant/après est bluffante. Même avec un smartphone lourd, les moteurs compensent chaque mouvement pour une fluidité parfaite. ActiveTrack 6.0 : C’est la fonction magique. On sélectionne un sujet sur l'écran et la nacelle le suit automatiquement. C’est parfait pour se filmer seul ou suivre un animal/enfant en mouvement sans jamais perdre le cadre. ShotGuides : Pour les débutants, c'est génial. L'application reconnaît votre environnement et vous suggère des modèles de plans et des conseils de montage. C'est très pédagogique pour apprendre à filmer. Format pliable et portable : Il est très compact et se glisse facilement dans un sac. Le système de fixation magnétique permet d'installer ou retirer le téléphone en une seconde sans perdre ses réglages. Autonomie et compatibilité : Il fonctionne parfaitement avec mon iPhone (également compatible Android) et la batterie tient largement pour une grosse journée de tournage. Bilan : C'est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de la gamme DJI. Il est complet, intuitif et permet de transformer n'importe quel smartphone en une véritable caméra de cinéma. Un must-have pour tous les créateurs de contenu !

Chiunque provi a registrare video mentre cammina sa che la stabilizzazione digitale dello smartphone, per quanto evoluta, non potrà mai sostituire la fluidità meccanica di un gimbal. Ho scelto il DJI Osmo Mobile SE perché cercavo la qualità leggendaria di DJI ma in un formato più essenziale e concreto. Dopo diverse sessioni di ripresa in esterna, ecco la mia analisi tecnica. 🎥 STABILIZZAZIONE A 3 ASSI E FLUIDITÀ Il cuore del prodotto è la stabilizzazione meccanica. A differenza di modelli economici a 1 o 2 assi, l'Osmo Mobile SE compensa i movimenti su tre direzioni (Pan, Tilt e Roll). Il risultato: Anche correndo o scendendo le scale, l'immagine rimane "incollata" all'orizzonte, eliminando quei micro-scatti fastidiosi tipici delle riprese a mano libera. ActiveTrack 6.0: Questa è la vera "magia". Basta selezionare un soggetto sullo schermo e il gimbal lo seguirà automaticamente. È incredibilmente preciso, ideale per i vlogger che si riprendono da soli o per seguire animali e bambini in movimento. 📱 L'ECOSISTEMA SOFTWARE (DJI Mimo) Il gimbal è ottimo, ma è l'app che fa la differenza. ShotGuides: Se non sapete come inquadrare, l'app riconosce l'ambiente (es. spiaggia o città) e vi suggerisce dei modelli di ripresa da seguire passo dopo passo. Editing Rapido: L'integrazione con l'app LightCut permette di montare video professionali con un solo tocco, pronti per i social. Nota tecnica: La connessione Bluetooth è fulminea. Una volta accoppiato la prima volta, basta accenderlo e lo smartphone lo riconosce istantaneamente. 🏗️ DESIGN E USABILITÀ (Il sistema magnetico) L'Osmo Mobile SE eredita il fantastico morsetto magnetico. Non serve lottare con molle o incastri: si aggancia il morsetto al telefono e poi si "clicca" magneticamente al braccio del gimbal. Pannello di stato: A differenza di modelli precedenti, qui c'è un piccolo pannello integrato che mostra la modalità attiva (Follow, Tilt Locked, FPV, SpinShot) e il livello della batteria. È comodissimo per non dover sempre controllare lo smartphone. ⚠️ COSA CONSIDERARE (La differenza con l'OM 6) Bisogna essere chiari: a differenza del modello Osmo Mobile 6, la versione SE non ha il manico telescopico integrato (selfie stick estensibile). Se la vostra priorità sono i selfie di gruppo o angolazioni dall'alto molto spinte, valutate il fratello maggiore. Inoltre, essendo pieghevole, richiede un minimo di pratica per essere aperto correttamente le prime volte senza forzare i motori. ✅ PRO: Stabilizzazione DJI: Semplicemente il punto di riferimento del mercato. Sistema Magnetico: Comodità estrema per staccare il telefono al volo e rispondere a una chiamata. Batteria a lunga durata: Supera tranquillamente le 6-7 ore di ripresa effettiva. Treppiede incluso: Essenziale per i timelapse o le inquadrature fisse. ❌ CONTRO: Mancanza asta estensibile: Rispetto all'OM 6, si perde un po' di versatilità nelle angolazioni. Peso dello smartphone: Se avete un telefono "Ultra" o "Pro Max" con una cover molto pesante, assicuratevi di bilanciarlo bene per non surriscaldare i motori. ⚖️ VERDETTO FINALE L'Osmo Mobile SE è lo stabilizzatore intelligente per chi vuole risultati professionali senza complicarsi la vita. È solido, il software è anni luce avanti alla concorrenza e il prezzo lo rende un best-buy assoluto per aspiranti creator. Un investimento che trasforma radicalmente la qualità dei vostri ricordi digitali.
