Broken/damaged item and seller refused to replace it
Ordered this immersion blender and didn’t use it for a while after it was delivered. Went to use it for the first time and it doesn’t work at all. I contacted the store on Amazon we purchased it from (Morpheus) and they denied it came from that. Absolute waste of (a lot) of money. Do not buy from them if you want to get robbed. I even sent them proof of purchase from THEIR store.

A Game-Changer for Everyday Kitchen Tasks
I’ve recently purchased the Vitamix Immersion Blender Set Blade, and to say I’m impressed would be an understatement. As an avid home cook, I’ve found this tool to be an absolute game-changer. Right out of the box, the quality and sturdiness of the Vitamix immersion blade was noticeable. It’s designed with the robustness we’ve all come to expect from the Vitamix brand. Despite its hefty feel, it’s surprisingly easy to handle, maneuver, and clean. In use, it has performed beyond my expectations. It powers through tough ingredients effortlessly, providing a consistently smooth texture in my blends. Whether I’m making creamy soups, homemade baby food, or an array of different sauces, it handles all tasks with ease. The Vitamix Immersion Blade set has transformed my culinary experience by adding a professional touch to the most basic recipes. One feature I love is its compatibility with a variety of containers. Unlike some other brands, Vitamix has ensured its product isn’t limited to proprietary containers. I can use it in virtually any pot or bowl, making it truly versatile. What sets the Vitamix Immersion Blender apart from others is its durability. It doesn’t feel or act like a fragile kitchen tool but more like a reliable kitchen partner. I’ve been using it daily since it arrived, and I haven’t seen any signs of wear or tear. While it’s slightly pricier than some competitors, the investment is justified. It’s more than just an immersion blender - it’s a long-term, versatile kitchen companion. I would highly recommend the Vitamix Immersion Blender Set Blade to anyone who enjoys cooking or values efficiency and quality in their kitchen tools.

Vitamix makes an excellent mixer for your kitchen needs
This is a great mixer and is very versatile for the functions it performs. Great selection of accessories and even includes a handy carrying/storage case. The motor is very powerful and is capable of processing a wide variety of foods. It is very easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. It is more expensive than a lot of other brands but is well worth it.

Love love love it
I've had a Vitamix blender for over 15 years so I know the quality. I finally decided to get this immersion blender because I'm into making blended soups and this seemed useful for that purpose. (It's great!). I read about all the brands, many of which were half the price, but decided on Vitamix because I know and love their products, their high quality, and their longer warranty period. I also got a really great deal on a kit which included the beater attachment and the case, both of which were a ridiculous price when added on separately. Amazon's price was less for the package deal than the blender itself when sold separately anywhere else including Amazon. What is really interesting, is literally a few days after my purchase, the package price popped up to a price nearly $50 more than I just paid. I've seen that happen before with other items, too. I can't explain it. Maybe my low price was some kind of error? How does the blender work? Fabulous. Some have said it's heavy. I consider it substantial but not really that heavy. It works great and is easy to use. I always use it on the slowest setting. For the soups I make, I don't want them pulverized into a totally creamy texture so I operate it by pulsing on and off. That way I control the texture and don't overdo it. It goes together easily, just a quick twist. Cleaning it is very easy....get a deep container with a few inches of water with some dish soap in it, and turn the blender on for a few seconds. Clean as a whistle. Just rinse the soap off, dry it and you're done. Final note: I have a couple of soup recipes that add some cheese at the end. Most recipes say add the cheese and whatever final items go into the soup, then blend it to your desired consistency. I modify that to blending the soup BEFORE adding cheese and add it after the blending process, stirring and with a bit of added heat to help melt it. By doing things this way, cheese doesn't get on the blender blades. I found that when cheese gets on the blades, it take some time and more effort to get the cheese off. Final observation: Many blenders I looked at were metal at the bottom. The Vitamix bottom is covered with something like a silicone or perhaps rubber or plastic coating, which protects your pan bottom. This was important to me since I use this mostly with an Enamel coated cast iron pan and I wanted to avoid scratching. Highly recommended and this blender will last forever.
