This is my second muscle roller and I love it. It’s easy to use, can be used with varying degrees of pressure on muscles and is portable which makes it so easy to carry anywhere. I have tight muscles and joints due to scoliosis and osteoarthritis. This helps me stay limber and works directly on sore areas.

My physical therapist suggested I get this to roll out fluid in my thighs after an accident. I noticed a difference immediately! It's very easy to be able to self massage behind my legs or on the sides due to the length of this stick. It is a bit rigid, the plastic rings on your skin, so I suggest using over clothing.

Better than rolling on foam roller for knots in legs. Works on neck also . Easy to use. I was told by a chiropractor to roll upward towards the heart
