Any good for kitchen counters?

No do not do it, the paint will scratch very easy and may even start to flake off.

Is this ok to use on white kitchen tiles?

Yes i used it on my white kitchen tiles, I covered the grout as well as had no patience to paint round 80 tiles or so. Used small brush around grout/edges then used a mini roller over the rest. it left my tiles beautifully coated and very shiny, so much so that very hard to take a picture, as almost mirrored. I was adding Glitter to a second coat, my one piece of advice would be..... if you are doing second coat, make sure you leave at least 12 hrs between coats, as i didnt, and has left my tiles looking textured in places........ my own fault for being impatient.

Have u used on bathroom tiles does it need a finishing coat

I dont know about bathroom I used it.on my.kitchen tiles I applied it with a small roller one coat was all that was needed Beautiful high gloss finish hope that helps
