Excellent Quality and Great Value
I used this semolina to make homemade revani, and the result was excellent. The quality is very good, and the price is great too. The cake turned out delicious with a lovely texture. Very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy it again.

Perfect for pizzas & roasties
I bought this for pizzas & roast potatoes. It works great as either a flour to use then prepping the pizza base to stop it sticking to the worktops & makes the pizza crispier or to dust potatoes prior to putting in the oven when making roast potatoes, to give them a crispy outer. Great flour, does what I bought it for. Seems reasonably priced for the amount.
