KeyGrabber USB 16MB / up to 4000 text pages/Flash FAT file system

Works great on windows 10, simply plugged into keyboard cable and started to type. Once done I typed in the required keys to change it to USB mode and then viewed the file. Windows Defender does not block this at all, if you have any trouble with it, simply disable windows defender while using it. Delivery was quick, item as described, a must for cafe owners.

The text that the logger picks up is basically random. In most cases, you will plug it in, and check on it later to find that it picked up nothing even if someone has been on it all day.

This works fine on the operating systems I have tested it on, Windows 7,8 & 10 Linux (varying flavors) and Apple OSX (Snow leopard through to El Capitan) This is unsurprising as an OS is pretty much keyboard agnostic. Before I make the following comment, it should also go without saying it isn't going to work with Bluetooth keyboards as there is no connection with this device to intercept the key stokes.... However, it only appears to work with directly wired USB keyboards. If you try to use it with a wireless keyboard and dongle, e.g. Logitech keyboard with a unified dongle for mouse and keyboard or any other wireless keyboards that uses similar dedicated USB dongles to interface the keyboard to the computer, it doesn't collect any information and it doesn't recognise the short cut to open up the device as a USB drive to collect the information logged.. The description should be altered to account for this. However in 95% of what I need to use this for, this isn't a show stopper. I just find it odd that it can't cope with wireless keyboards that USB dongles.

Works really well, log is not random at all, it keeps log in order and puts other keystrokes such as space/enter in brackets. Edit: Just to add that the device still works after a long time using it, was even left out in the rain (don't ask) on one occasion and still works.

This is a great bit of kit. Absolutely transparent to the host computer. Easy installation and removal. Support during sales process and after-sales service are exceptional with SpyShop. It should be said that this product is not compatible with Mac. The people at SpyShop did help me alot with this issue so if you have questions you should get in touch with them.

Does work, but had better in the past. Needs to be more responsive.. bit biggie but ok in an emergency..
