Just installed this clutch yesterday at home. Went in perfectly. Took it out on the freeway and drove it for 30 minutes at normal speed and so far no issues. No unusual noises. So yeah right now I will rate this 5 stars.I will update after I hit the break in period of 500 miles. Then I will try to put more stress on the clutch and see how it’ll do.UPDATE: 500+ miles later truck running / shifting great. No issues. 👍🏼. So what are you waiting for? Buy the damn clutch kit already.

Just installed this clutch kit in a 1995 Ford ranger. The job wasn’t the easiest but the parts I felt were solid and fit perfectly. The truck is up and running good. Definitely hope it lasts, I wouldn’t want to pull that manual transmission again any time soon!

Everything arrived intact and appears to be well made. It fits perfectly in a 1998 Ford Ranger 2.5L. The truck drives well with this clutch kit installed. I highly recommend you replace your flywheel with this kit for the best results. I will update this review after I have put a few thousand miles on this kit.

The kit bolted right in, and I didn’t notice until I was almost done that the fitting on the slave didn’t fit. Luckily the kit also came with a bag of o-rings and a pin to change the fitting out. Word to the wise; if you buy this kit, test fit the new slave to the clutch line. The one I got in the kit looked the same, but it would not fit on my line. Honestly I would probably buy this kit again, just check your fitting before reassembly.

1999 Mazda b3000. After spending days working (and not having the Vehicle to drive for over 3 weeks now) to replace the clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder, the installation stalled when it came time to reconnect the hydraulic line from the master. The fittings wouldn’t couple. I double and triple checked the fingers on the retaining clip in the slave cylinder fitting, but it would not couple with the hydraulic line fitting. I tried ordering a master cylinder in the hopes the new fitting would be compatible with the new slave cylinder, but no, I have to remove the transmission again due to an incorrect part shipping in the clutch kit.

Everything was just right. Came in good time wit all that was needed. Running in the truck right now.Clutch, pressure plate alignment hint would have been helpful.Overall great value and quality.

97 ford ranger 2.3 liter 2 wheel drive and slave cylinder connecter isn't the correct one for this year model. My truck has a clip that locks the fitting into the slave cylinder female. the one they sent did not have a place for the clip. I read the reviews before buying it and many said that this was the same situation with their clutch kit being the clutch fit but the slave cylinder did not. But many also said it worked fine so I was hoping I would get a good one that fit but did not, unfortunately.Look at where your line connects to your slave cylinder if it has a clip holding it in place then this will not work for you. Would have been nice if they'd mentioned this on the listing but it wasn't.Called amazon customer service and they did not want to give me a partial refund. They wanted me to return the entire kit. They ended up transferring me to another person via cell phone and they ended up telling me to send back only the slave cylinder and I would get a full refund and be able to keep the clutch. So will see how it turns out.I will be sending the slave cylinder back shortly. I'll post later on whether or not they keep their word.

Installed in 1999 Ford Ranger with 3.0l. Luckily, did not have any issues with the Hydraulic line fitting, as mentioned in some of the other reviews....
