Works as advertised. The socket cameras that I bought were too large on the socket end to fit into the outdoor flood light housing. Used these to give me that extra few inches. Also, I didn't have to adjust the flood light housing to hang the camera vertically. The neck of these units let me adjust that.

Very pleased with its flexibility. I replaced a ceiling flood light with this to illuminate a wall print. Seems well made.

I bought this extender to be used in an upright position with this fan which weights 1.2 lbs.It would not hold the fan straight and constantly bent in 1/2 due to the weight. So when received order has gotten a new set of bulbs as well had my son come over clime ladder install for me both lit fine 🤗 for 2 days then 1 quit so had son back changed the bulb still no lite .. Tried the original new lite in DIFFERANT lamp to trouble shoot and yes it was this equipment1 of them just died after 2 days so strange need 1/2 a refund
