Exceptional quality and functionality. Lids disassemble nicely for thorough cleaning. Keeps cold things cold and hot things hot for a long time, but… Only issue is that they’re not made in the US anymore. So why charge such a high price? American manufacturing professionals lose out to China…again. I’ve seen $5 dollar jars from China sold in local department stores perform the same as these $50 jars. We the consumers pay a ‘Made in the USA’ premium but contribute to an underpaid overworked underrepresented Chinese manufacturing workforce. So disregard all the silly photos of ‘hikers’ exploring the Great American West using products from a “Great American” company out of Oregon…the company is little more than a distributor of Chinese wares, sold at ‘Made in the USA’ prices made by poorly paid/treated Chinese workers. Nice jar though.
