I had a very disappointing experience with this product, especially as a Mac user. It is simply not compatible with macOS—whether you're using a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, you’re likely to run into serious issues. The biggest problem I faced was with voice recording. The audio gets randomly cut off in between, making it completely unreliable for any kind of professional or even casual use. This alone makes the product unusable if recording is one of your primary needs. In addition to that, the connectivity is inconsistent. The device frequently disconnects or fails to be recognized properly by the system. Even when it does connect, there are noticeable lags and performance issues. as there is little to no proper support or documentation for macOS. Customer support was also not helpful in resolving Mac-related issues. Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product if you are a Mac user. It might work better on other platforms, but for macOS, it’s a frustrating experience and not worth the investment.

Amazing product no latency at all, works perfectly fine has, controls are very simple to use, the volume and noise level can be adjusted too, it's very very suitable for beginners 10/10

Used it as a D-A playback device and works well with MacOS and Android devices. Very average audio performance compared to other entry level products from competition. Seems to be an isolation issue as there's deafening pop sound when connecting or disconnecting USB and switching power across sources. Will not recommend to anyone even slightly serious about audio quality and keeping their PA safe.

I like everything about this product so far. I recorded guitar before using a direct output to USB before via a single cord. The sound quality of this product is amazing. I'm sure if you're looking for a lot more you can find it in terms of audio interfaces, but for only $50 or so this sounds amazing. I use FL Studios and it was super easy to get this set up on it. 5 out of 5 stars, I would definitely recommend buying this product if you're looking for an easy, slim, and inexpensive way to record guitars, and vocals.

This is very similar to a Focusrite Scarlett. It sounds great with good control over what you are doing. It has no problem driving some Audiotechnica ATH-M50 headsets. Since it has two microphone inputs, it would be nice if it had two headphone jacks, but a simple "Y" cord fixes that.

It worked like a charm when I first got it, now it's completely unresponsive. I get that message everytime I connect it to something if it even gets detected and I know it isn't the wire I'm using because it connects my microphone to various devices with no problems whatsoever. Tried reaching out to support, zero help at ALL. First of all the warranty is a complete scam as the message "You may always contact us directly at 123-456-7890 for faster service." when you submit the form couldn't make that any clearer, but even the number they give on the card is completely fake and can't be reached. I wanted something cheap and quick and while it initially worked, it's bound to fail eventually. DON'T buy this, save your money and get something more worth it please.

I bought this hunk in September. I had life happen and didn't get to open it and try it until mid-November. Hardly any instructions to speak of. NO support! When I was able to get it working, somewhat, the unit was so loud with hiss that it was completely unusable! I looked at returning it and I see that my window to return this garbage passed before I even had the opportunity to open it! Total garbage! No support. No real instructions I'm being too harsh. I CAN use this unit after all. I'll use it to keep the cover on my four-wheeler. Do not buy this!!!!!
