we just got this and we love it! I wish it was a little bit cheaper but it works well. Sound quality is great, especially for the Mecca athan. easy to use and setup, even if the city is not there the manual shows you how to get the exact steps to add your exact location. read the manual though it’s full of settings. clock is big enough, looks neat, and exactly what we needed. they say the batteries last a whole year, we will see. but it also works with a 5 volt 3amp DC adapter which can be bought online. i wanted to give it 4 stars but went for 5 for encouragement! i hope their next iteration is even better. include a DC adapter or chargeable battery, add some memory so we don’t need to setup again when batter runs out, and add a backlight to screen please so we can see on the dark.

Excellent and high quality Athan time cock. Many features to choose from such as Athan sound and location around the word. It can be used with battery or 12v charger. It also has an auto set for summer and winter time. Time is almost accurate. You may need to adjust the Fajar and Ishaa time based on your local prayer time table. Easy to navigate and the instructional manual is easy to follow. Use it at home for a prayer time Athan and regular clock. Highly recommended.
