Fantastic Soot sponge
Used this on a ceiling where we had burned candles in the room. Could not believe how dirty they had become. These sponges removed all traces of dirt and grime no problem, didn't leave any residue behind. I have ordered more as I will now be doing all my walls and ceilings in the house, it's way cheaper than decorating! Definitely recommend.

Effective
I had 20 years of candle smoke to remove from a textured ceiling. They worked a treat. You can see the difference immediately. So good. Expensive but has probably saved me priming and painting the ceiling.

Does exactly what it claims to
What a great product. Does exactly what it claims to. Used in a room with a woodburner that had a few years of accumulated light soot & dust. My error was washing one wall first. On the walls & ceilings I didn’t wash first it worked a treat. If you choose to wash these out be warned they take an age to dry thoroughly but once dry they work like new. Highly recommend.

Incredible Things
These sponges are absolutely amazing for removing soot marks (ghosting) on textured ceilings and emulsion painted walls from years of burning candles. They are up there with the discovery of penicillin and the invention of the TV. Will save you a fortune on decorating costs.
