Eventually, I want to use a Makita 1.25 hp router with my Genmitsu 4040 Pro CNC. Before I purchase one I wanted to try a battery powered router I already have which shares the same housing diameter with the Makita (65mm). I was thoroughly impressed with the performance of the router, and the strength & stability of this spindle mount! What an improvement in cutting power and performance vs the anemic spindle that comes with the CNC! The spindle mount of course fits the machine perfectly, which is expected since it’s specifically designed for the 4040 Pro. It’s flawlessly machined and holds the router with amazing rock-solid stability, despite the increased weight of the router vs. the original spindle. Looking forward to getting the Makita when the time is right.

As with other Sainsmart products, such as the CNC 4040 Pro, this device is perfect, solidly made, and I anticipate will last. I'm new to CNC but know quality when I see it. Thank you for this opportunity.

Great, affordable quality. It's super easy to install and holds my Dewalt router very well. I do wish it had slightly more adjustability with the screws to be able to level the router better, but I took my time and ended up getting it pretty straight.

Tell truth operator you really do not need a bigger router, use the router that came with unit. Those bigger routers are not worth the cost and trouble setting up. Want quality appeal slow down, think about your operations, and you'll turn out quality work, these bigger routers aren't worth the difference.

Fit perfectly when upgrading to trim router.

I bought this to use on my 4040 cnc to upgrade thr spindle and reuse my dwp611 dewalt router and it fit both perfectly. The quality is great and the fit was perfect. This is one thing I love about the Genmitsu brand, it all fits together nicely. If you have a dewalt and this cnc I highly recommend.

Se monte sans aucun problème en lieu et place du support d'origine. Permet de fixer sans serrage excessif le corps de la broche (Makita dans mon cas).

Perfetto supporto per mandrino con corpo da 65mm. Utilizzato su cnc autocostruita. Ottimo il fatto che non sia molto pesante così che non vada ad inficiare sulla potenza del motore stepper dell'asse Z. La spedizione è stata come sempre succede con Amazon super veloce.
