Is this really taste free. I need a desensitising toothpaste but I hate mint so need another flavour or no flavour at all.

It is flavour free. Mint flavoured toothpastes used to make the inside of my mouth burn and break out in little blisters. I don't have a problem with this toothpaste. But trial carefully as each person is different.
