Excellent product. Medium to mild and very simple to make. For those of you that are used to having coffee with some chickpea you can blend the two and this retains its taste

To me this has fruity scent notes out of the can. But yet when I add my hot water, it still has a depth of flavor. I tend to like dark roasts, but this gives me the same smooth depth without the chicory chocolatey flavor notes of your typical dark roast. It’s nice to have in my rotation. Lately I have really been loving instant coffees because there are easy to make in the morning. I feel this one is a quality one. The size of the can is reasonable for the price. The grains are a nice texture…this is not a powdered instant coffee.

Smooth and low acidity. Makes a lovely brown sugar hazelnut latte.

Taste is good

I am enjoying this Boomi coffee . Just ordering my 2nd can. I enjoy the ease and convenience of instant coffee and needed to fine a great one tested for mold . Boomi is a very good mold free instant coffee.

Extremely bitter. Did not like at all…almost undrinkable. I’ve tried and prefer the Mount Hagen and Clipper brand, much better.

Delicious and well balanced

I give five stars for taste and 3 stars for price - 4 stars overall. I have been using Kava Instant Low Acid coffee for over 30 years. However, since they went out of business and then someone else started manufacturing the item, the taste hasn't been the same. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd see if there are other brands out there and found this one - all I can say is "Dang! This is good!" And I mean goooooooooood! I believe I'll be totally switching over to this, but dang it's expensive. So is Kava, but they give you more for the money. Of course, more of a bad thing doesn't equal less of a good thing... I didn't write a review right away because I thought "No way this is low acid - it doesn't say it on the label." But... it hasn't given me any issues in my week of usage, and believe you me, any other type of coffee does. So now I trust that this is definitely low acid. Honestly can't beat the taste, so if you're thinking about trying it - stop thinking about it and do it!
