The color description was very inaccurate.

I had a wall clock that would irritate me with very loud ticking. When I saw this clock was advertised as silent, I was ready to order. It lives up to that claim. You don't hear the minute hand ticking nor hear any gears moving. It is a very simple, somewhat retro design. The blue is not quite primary but it very attractive. Hanging it is easy -- you just position a nail at the height where you want the nail slot to hit. Then, slide the nail into the hole and up and you are done! Another reviewer complained about the price. I actually had been pricing similar clocks at other stores before I spotted this clock. I think this well-made clock is priced competitively.

I got this to replace that a clock that stopped keeping the time, even with fresh batteries. I'm hoping this one will last longer. Not much to say about it except it looks nice, keeps time, is silent, and easy to read. Not much more to ask for from a clock!

This clock certainly is bold and easy to read. The color is a bit off, but it still works fine.
