So when I 1st hooked it up the boot up and connect to my Samsung flip 5 in a 2023 kia sportage sx prestige was pretty fast. Now takes 10mins sometimes for Android auto to start. I did email support a few times and never got any reply or help that part is disappointing

I've completely exhausted all possible trouble shooting and wasted countless hours trying to make this sound good but it just fails. I've been downloading music directly and storing lossless format, but nothing is helping the digital distortion. Everything else is ok but not wonderful. I finally gave up and decided to just use an old phone attached to the carplay port and it does a much better job. Don't waste your money on this trash.

It's cool to use with all the functions of an android device. However, it takes way too long to load up. You have to turn on mobile Hotspot on your phone and it takes a few minutes for the device to get connected. So if you need the gps quickly in the morning, this is annoying. Android auto is way faster to load and easier to use.

I waited a few weeks to test it out and I have to admit, it far exceeded my expectations. I made sure to order the 8gb/128gb version. It's worth it. I was able to get every video app I wanted and 90% of them work perfectly. It doesn't run slow or lag. And the video quality is great! Some people complained about fps but I don't notice at all. Also audio quality has been perfectly fine as well for both apps and Bluetooth audio from my phone. I Highly recommend this product. I love even more that this device can easily be unplugged from one car and put in another. I have a 2018 Ford EcoSport, and the device has had no issue what so ever formatting the correct screen size. The only thing is what I've seen in the comments, you have to reconnect wifi when switching from carplay back to the android interface. Other than that one small thing, this is the best thing I have ever bought for my car.

This thing works great!! It took it a while and a few reboots to get it updated and all the apps to install, but after all that it’s quite responsive and nice to be able to use any app I want. Plex works great with this box!
