ClevaMama Bedtime Blackout Blind

Really good blackout blind. We had to move little one's room in short order when next door started major building work with no notice, and this works really well. Relatively easy to set up. There are two ways of prepping the pole to give you greater length if necessary and I got it wrong first time, and it takes a bit of experimentation to get a tight fit, but once it's up it's very effective. Mama and toddler very impressed and it's very good at blocking the light.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, the quality is simply dreadful. The silver backing is damaged all over where it is packaged and it does not black out the window. The tension rod is okay and the reason I chose this over the better known Gro Blind, that is the only reason for the three stars. I can't return due to shielding during lockdown so now I'm stuck with it.

Brilliant blind, very easy to put up and take down. As a shift worker it has made my daytime sleeping a lot easier.It would be great for littles ones at home and on holiday.

Awful! Spend an extra £5 and get the gro blindIt doesn’t black out the light, it’s thin and the lining is cracked where it’s folded. It’s noisy too.Suction cups are poor too

Bought this as a blackout blind for sons bedroom. It works fairly well, one side is silver the other is black with stars on. I've used the rod to temporarily fix to the window and the suction cups at the bottom help to stop.light leaking in. It doesn't block the light 100%, we use this and a pair of curtains and this makes it quite dark. I like the fact there are a couple of different options to fix it to the window.

THey can be regulated in term of width using the stick they come with. They can be hang with the stick or with ventouses and they stay up quite nicely without needing to drillThey stop the lights white well

I bought this product to take on holiday with my little girl and unfortunately had to return it. To be fair on the product in general, I think I got a dodgy one. The sleeve for the tension pole wasn't on the same edge as the suction cups, making the tension pole useless. Nevertheless, I tried hanging it with the suction cups alone to see if that would work as the tension pole seemed a bit flimsy anyway. The suction cups worked fine but I found that the fabric was partially transparent. It dimmed the room a little but nowhere near as much as the bog standard roller blackout blinds that we have in our bedrooms. Positives are that it would fold up nearly into luggage and could be put up very quickly using the suction cups alone.

I was worried that I wouldn't manage to put this up on my own but it was a breeze. Really easy to use and keeps the room nice and dark. Winner.
