Having had my hair sent off for anaylsis to find out what I am deficient in ( I have fibromyalgia and the dr just laughed at me when I requested various tests for these things), i discovered I was not only deficient in some minerals but lacking completely. This mix is perfect for me , and does seem to make a difference.

If I were pregnant (which would be a miracle in itself as I’m a male of a certain age) then yes, these pills are probably a good idea to replenish trace elements-if I first consulted a doctor. But as I’m not (but I still am a male of a certain age) and I eat a good varied diet then they are unnecessary. I like Insynergy’s claim that they are - “The UK’s Leading Nutraceutical Supplement Company backed by Science”. Another fact that’s also backed by science, magnesium and chromium are toxic if too much is consumed. Yes it’s good that Insynergy comply with various good manufacturing practices, but what about the third party accreditation for their product? Why aren’t we told who carried out the tests and allowed to see the results? Why are these pills superior to taking liquid versions? What award did these Insynergy pills get? What is ….a staggering trace minerals…? For me these pills leave so many unanswered questions. I’m not for one minute saying that these pills might not be of benefit to certain sections of society. All I’m saying is they’re not for me. But if you have £28.49 to spare you might find them useful.

i have been trying to get a decent high dose mineral supp and this is close and i know its real as i broke open the capsules and tasted it and it dissovles in water. as to how well it it is absobed only time will tell. my only gripe is they are very expensive and i f i am not getting some benifts i am not going to fork out £32.00 a mounth. so watch this space.
