Perfect
Been using menstrual cups since 2009 and this is by far the best one ever.Super comfortable, haven’t leaked once.Wish I got one of those sooner. Feel like I’ve gone through so many just to try and get the right fit.

Tried 3 before, this seems to be the one
All right, I decided to try a menstrual cup recently since I stopped taking the contraceptive pill (my flow got bad).I tried the saalt first, they are good, but I found out that I have a high cervix and retroverted uterus. With that in mine, I researched a lot and bought the Pixie ones for retroverted uterus. But they seemed to be a bit short for me.So I decided to try the lilly ones because they have a cone format that I was looking for and they are also long.I still struggled a bit to remove it, but was definitely less worse than the others. With the Saalt ones, because they are round on the bottom, I couldn’t pinch them, just able to get there with the point of a finger. Needed about 40minutes and loads of exercise to be able to push it out. With the pixie ones, I could reach it really on the bottom and do the pinch, but just a little and was not enough to break the suction and pull it out. Also, lost about 40 minutes and loads of effort. With the lilly one, this format and size, allows the bottom of the cup to sit in a place i am able to reach and pinch to break the suction. It’s not yet very easy, but definitely possible, just need more practice. If I continued with the others i tried i would end up hurting my pelvic floor muscles on long term. So, I really advise you to try different cups until you find one that is manageable to put in/take out. These Lilly ones seem good for people like me, with high cervix.

Comfy small capacity cup
It’s very soft so is comfy to wear without applying pressure on my bladder like a different popular UK brand I tried. I did have to trim the stem and to make it fit perfect. However, something to keep in mind is that on the first 2 days of my period I have to empty this cup quite frequently (4-5 hours) which is a bit annoying. Also, because of it being odd shape and soft it makes it a bit harder to tell if it’s fully open or not (something you get used to).Having said that, I really like this cup now I’ve gotten used to it. When it is open I have no leaks or spotting of any sort. Highly recommend- especially if you’re finding other cups uncomfortable!

Life-changing!
I've been using the lily cup (A) for two years now and I honestly would never go back to tampons/pads. It takes a little bit of time to get the hang of inserting it, but given how flexible and soft this one is, it doesn't take long.I love how small it is, although it means that on heavy days you may need to empty it at some point during the day too. On lighter days I can change it every 10-12 hours, as recommended by Intimina.Word of caution: you need to be comfortable with seeing and touching blood. Having said that, I find it more hygenic and comfortable than tampons and pads. I feel clean and mostly forget that I'm on my period. I tend to use wet wipes to keep clean and to cope with public toilets without a sink inside the cubicle.Yes, leaks happen (that's why it's not 5 stars) but I wear a pantyliner to protect my underwear and re-insert the cup if I notice any issues. The fact it's collapsible makes it super easy to always have it in my bag/luggage instead of a few tampons or pads. Plus I don't need to carry any with me to the bathroom!

Life Changing!
I have been using this cup for 8 years and it is just fantastic! So soft, easy to insert and can never feel it once in place.I empty it every morning in the shower and never think about it again for 24 hours. I feel clean and fresh all day and love how hygienic it is.It really is life changing!

Disappointing
I was excited about the compact size, so easy to carry with you but when I used it for the first time, not only it leaked but also got almost lost inside. Luckily I managed to get it out, but au'm not going to use it anymore as I don't want to end up in A&E to remove it. I should have listened to the other bad reviews!

Squishes down into a small space but that makes it too squishy...
Very compact and folds down nicely but that is partly what causes the main problem with this product - because it is relatively small and flimsy when compared to a more conventional cup, it is very hard to feel if it has "pinged open" after insertion and I've found that when my flow is heavy then it's much more likely to leak, presumably because body movement etc. is deforming the sides of the cup.I think this will be a useful cup for keeping on you for emergencies. but I'll be changing it to my Mooncup once I get home as it's much easier to get that to open out properly, check it's seated correctly and feel confident that it's going to stay open and do its job. I also found the disposable Softcups better for not leaking, but of course they are disposable and I wanted a more portable reusable cup, hence buying this one.in short, keep this on you for unexpected period starts and spotting, but change to a stiff-sided cup when you are able to.
