I would give it a negative rating if I could. The inserts are rough, hard & nothing about them is spongy. Probably they are okay for cheap clothing which comes with readymade inserts. Not even going to try to put them next to my skin I am sure I will get chafing. Waste of money and worst part can't even return it. It is going to end up in trash!

These inserts are far better than the ones that come in bras . They are stitched all around and wash up well. I have replaced all the inserts in my bras with these

I love the availability of these pads to insert into bras that have no/little padding at all ("coverage," you know). Note: This particular brand are a little thicker/larger (and therefore warm & bulky) than others I have bought. Tip for either these or other insertable cups: I tack them inside in three spots on the bra so they don't move around or bunch up. I've never had that be a problem with either wearing or washing.
