I have been looking for a chain and pull for ages but they were to expensive in the specialist bathroom shops, Nothing under £30, I was so pleased with this as its well made and the same quality as those I saw in the shops. It"s a replacement for my old council house toilet cistern, so I"v got a real bargain and it looks the works.

Absolutely loved this, a bit fiddly to hang but I'm 65 so it's a bit harder for me, but perfectly strong chain

Arrive quickly and looks great

I bought one of these about a year ago as I wanted a quality product for both high level cisterns in my property. The handle is quite heavy and I would not want to use one close to tiling as there is a risk of breaking either the tile or the handle. That said this looks and feels like a quality product and appears better in reality than it does on the photographs. It also fits your hand well and is reasonably nonslip. I see that some people have had a problem with the chain breaking. It seems strong enough to me. I liked it well enough to order the second handle as a replacement for our downstream loo when that handle broke.

I have an old fashioned cistern and had trouble finding a nice handle for the flush but i am really happy with this purchase. I've had it for a few months now and no problems at all. Plus it looks expensive.

This looked really good and when it arrived I was pleased with it. Attached it to the toilet and still liked the look of it. On the second pull it broke. The chain is not strong enough to sustain the pulling needed. I've written a one star review because although it looks the part it does not work. I wish I'd listened to the reviews that said this as I do not want to have to go through the hassle of sending back and starting again. I have tried to put my review on twice now but it never appears. If you are reading it now it is because I've complained to amazon about why the negative reviews are not reported. Hope this helps. I'm starting again...

It looks good but some people are just a bit heavy-handed and a visitor to our house broke the chain. I had to buy a stronger chain from a local DIY store and then I was happy.
