Smaller than you'd expect so check the size.
-Expectations and Installation-Despite being smaller than expected, I bought this to replace a much bigger ceiling fan for the bedroom. Installation was easy, though some of the holes were not where shown. This isn't an issue as you have plenty of other places to route the wires through. It really isn't that hard I promise. I did it myself and labelled and took pictures of the wires. It also helps to have the installation manual of the fan you are replacing for the removal process and the labelling of the wires according to that so you can follow along. On a side note, If your fan doesn't sit flush to the mounting point to the ceiling because the cross support is bent from installation, I suggest you stuff tissue or against the ceiling between the fan housing and the ceiling. My ceilings are white and textured so I can't see them and the fan can run stable, or else it will oscillate and you will hear it rocking. That goes for every ceiling fan. The mounting hardware is a bit flimsy but the fan itself isn't heavy so it is understandable.-Fan construction and feel-The fan felt cheaply made and the internal components consist of a small fan motor and some led drivers for the lights. I was skeptical after I installed it comparing it to my original fan from Hampton. I was afraid of the amount of airflow was not going to reach the bed from the center of the room as the led lights surround the fan and direct airflow direction downward like a tube. Those fears were alleviated when I used it that night. The fan itself is not quiet but it also does not get much louder when it is maxed. I actually like the noise over my old Hampton at slower speeds because it sounds like gentle white noise, as opposed to oscillating whooshing sounds from the bigger Hampton. The noise is different from most ceiling fans but it didn't take any getting used too. The airflow is amazing. I was surprised at the airflow. Like I said the fan shoots the air down but the airflow at the lowest setting is so smooth and forceful that I never use a speed higher than the lowest. It fills the room with moving air in my bedroom and it does it's job well. No complaints on the fan. On the highest setting its not much louder but the airflow is crazy so I never have to go up that high.-Lights and software-The LED light software is nice but just so unnecessary because I already have so many apps on my phone. It's okay but it also does not integrate with my current system so I don't use it. The remote works fine. The light itself has three modes with subtle changes in temperature. I prefer the warm colors and it dims to a reasonable level. Not nightlight dim but it's not supposed too. So far so good being 2 months in. I like it. I generally do not like downloading these apps from China, as data collection is crazy for some of these apps. The only permissions it requires from you is nearby devices, AKA bluetooth. I have blocked its permissions for phone, location, and any other access and it has not used any data. So in short it is not phoning homeland China your data, not that the androidOS can see anyways, so it's a decent app in terms of privacy. Some other Chinese products and apps do phone home so check your android permissions.-Overall-Great fan for the price. I wanted looks and functionality that I did not have with traditional huge propellor ceiling fans. This fit the bill and I can't get over how great it looks. Longevity wise, I've used it for 3 months now and so far so good. It's hot in the summer here even with the A/C so this fan has been working every night. I would recommend it if your use case is similar to mine.

Works great so far! Very happy
We just put it up in our bedroom & so far, we love it. Installation was VERY easy. They even included a pair of gloves to keep prints down to a minimum (which we didn't use). The S-hook was very helpful while connecting the wiring. We love the light dimmer & the ability to change from warm to cold light as needed. I personally hate the "nature" fan setting, but I don't like fans changing speed on me without me telling it to. The fan's high speed was a little noisy at first, but quickly returned to a soft white-noise sound (we assume it just needed to run a little bit). At the lowest fan speed setting, it's nearly impossible to hear, but the breeze can be felt.So far, the biggest downside is that you cannot turn the light/fan on using the "nightlight" button when everything's turned off. Seems like a bit of oversite, but also understandable. Also, we aren't sure if the light is replicable should it burn out. This was purchased while it was on sale for around $85 & it's *definitely* worth that price, thus far. We're going to give it a few more months, but will likely be purchasing another one for another room.

Great modern light with fan
This light replaced a traditional five-bladed ceiling fan with a light kit in my bedroom. I always felt that the fan was too large for the room and hung down too low even though it was a hugger mount. I didn't like laying in bed and looking up at the exposed light bulbs so I went looking for an LED light replacement. This light fan combo makes it feel like the rooms has a higher ceiling and the illumination is great. It provides a nice even spread of light through its ring and you have a lot of options in terms of the warmth of the light and the brightness. The fan provides a reasonable amount of circulation but don't mistake this compact fan for the same kind of room stirring effect you would get from a traditional paddle bladed fan; the manufacturer rates it appropriate for small rooms. It would not be good in something like a living room but would be great in a home office. The LED light took me a little bit to get used to but I adjusted after about a week and I have mounted the remote control right next to the main light switch with a command strip. Here are a few additional things you should know before getting this lightThe light has 10 brightness settings and three major color settings. It also has four important presets: maximum brightness in each of the three colors cool warm and natural daylight, and a dim natural daylight color setting that is the night light. If you have to turn the the light fan off at the main power switch when you turn it back on it will go to one of those four settings and it will cycle through them. So if you turn the light on and it's too cool just turn it off and turn it back on and it will go to the next preset. The first few times I turned it on it happened to go to the night light setting and I thought it was weirdly dim but once I started to play with it I realized what was going on. It's a very lightweight fixture and unlike a traditional ceiling fan you don't have to assemble anything. You just unscrew the bracket that it comes attached to, attach that bracket to your electrical box in the ceiling, and then hang the fan on it and connect the screws. I had such a big amount of ceiling damage underneath the old fan that I bought one of those decorative plates that goes above a fan just to cover it up and I think it looks nice Even with this modern design. It's a nice fan and I'm seriously thinking about replacing another light or two in the house with one like it. As a bonus I really like the sound of the fan. It's very quiet and it almost provides white noise.
