I bought this as a gift, it arrived a couple af days after initial delivery date but within a week of order, sufficient i guess.On opening its a cheap plastic MP3 player, the "instruction manual" is printed on a thin cardboard box inside a plastic box and it's not even the manual for this MP3 player.It's definitely not new as the screen is scratched and the PC wouldn't detect it when plugged in, its only "plug and play" after you pay extra for a micro USB card and extra for a battery.Don't be fooled, buy another make which will be new and will work.1 star begrudgingly as there's no minus option

Not that good to put music on

I bought this for my wife so she could have some music on holiday. It arrived on time but on opening I realised what a mistake I had made in buying this. Looks and feels cheap and nasty. Put it straight back in the cheap plastic carrying box, I've had burgers in better quality packaging, and applied for a refund. Do not waste your money on this worthless piece of rubbish. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bought this for my friend and it was quick and easy to set up and add music which is what I like.
