You cannot use this for a whole nights sleep if you are a side sleeper. Good for a short rest and gives sufficient support to the neck.

The pillow looks like one of those expensive cervical neck pillows but after 2 week of using it, I can be sure that it just isn’t the same. It’s extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and gave me a stiff neck. After 2 weeks I decided to order a tempur, as I spent last 2 nights twisting and turning trying to get a comfortable position.

Bad experience it’s not healthy at all

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding a pillow that keeps me comfy at night but isn't 200$ I've trial and error'd dozens in the last 2 years. I do need a new mattress because i think i have an indent which isn't helping the pillow testing. My problem is that i wake up noticing the pressure spots on my skull. so i hoped this would fare differently. This was the only memory foam one, and it was recommended by a friend. Not as comfy as a high end down fill. But it's better than the poly fill ones that squish into hardened lumps, but i'm not a huge memory foam fan. The foam traps too much heat for me. That said, this holds my head in place as a back sleeper and doesnt lump up underneath my skull. But its also a bit too high and my shoulders ride up on it more than i'd like. I do like the firmness of the side walls for when i happen to roll to one side or another. My head and neck did feel great for the first week or so. But what i end up doing is just rotating this pillow out every couple weeks as I try something else.

This pillow changed my life. For the last year and a half I struggled with neck pain. Doctor visits and therapy and still struggled with neck issues. My last resort was changing my pillow or possibly surgery. I could actually cry writing this. The PILLOW was a miracle for me. I am pain free and I am an advocate for Donna Cervical Neck Pillow. If your sales went up it is because of me! I have told and posted on my social media the difference it has made for me. Pain free and telling all my friends. They too are grateful to experience the transformation to a healthier lifestyle. 5 Star all the way! Waiting to hear from another friend who just purchased one.
