Won't charge after less than two months.
Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. Customer Service sent me a new one that works perfectly. Definitely a great company who stands behind their product and for the people who buy them. Thank you for your kindness. I love this stun gun!Love the look and size. However, after less than two months, it won't charge. So, it's worthless and unreturnable.

I bought this for my 18 year old daughter to take with her to the Metallica concert and she didn’t have to use it but we checked it out when it came and this little thing will pop you. Great compact size and an overall great purchase!

Overall great product
The media could not be loaded. The item arrived timely and works perfectly, I am giving 4 of 5 stars because the charger did not come inside of the box, I ordered 2 units which arrived packaged seperately, one of which is complete with charger, and flat head screwdriver for attaching the unit to the holder/ key ring

Quality issue
I Bought this for my wife. She does not like it. The safety switch is not safe. Poorly design.The gift packages do not include the stripped holdings.I could not find the Instructions on “How long it can be used on one charge”.AIf it is better, it comes with both charging and battery.

Shocking!
Shockingly good! Little but packs a punch!Careful where you travel though. These things are HIGHLY illegal in many countries but certainly a great comfort as protection in the US!
