This product adds inches to your height but you can only add so many to each shoe.

I wore these for hours on end and they were great! Only suggestion is to wear them with bigger shoes, because they will take up space. Other than that, they're wonderful!

The insoles add a ton of height however they're not very comfortable and give me an inch less than advertised its kinda just a get what you pay for item quality is pretty low but i only need these for a one time use this year so they'll do! i will use them in a couple months so ill come back to mention the support ability and how well they hold up and work.

They work but they are very uncomfortable like my feet feel horrible after wearing them i would recommend getting some padded insoles to put over top of you're going to get these. They fit good in the shoe and easy to cut to size but they make the shoe hard to wear.

There give you at most 3 inches more but the attachments to make it taller don’t really stick that well. But overall they work well.

This product works. It fits well, and is true to size. I am 5’8 and it made me boost up to 6 foot. It is important to note tho that if your shoe is small, your ankle might pop up, but it is very easy and simple to use. It does not make the shoes less comfortable, it actually adds some support to your foot. The product itself is also made a comfortable material. Its stable and does not shift when your shoe is on.
