This electric kettle is amazing! I originally had a stovetop one but I am so happy I replaced it with this one. It’s quiet when you turn it on and made a great addition to my coffee and drink bar area. It looks super sleek. I really like the way it pours so you can make fancy lattes and other drinks. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a kettle. It’s also super fast to boil the water so you aren’t waiting forever. 10/10

I’ve had mine for quite awhile now. Maybe 6 months. It is so easy to use, especially since iced tea is the beverage of the day here. I like the filter well enough, but have considered using disposable filters, the kind that’s used for coffee. Haven’t done that yet. The water line is well marked and I’ve only poured too much in once because I wasn’t paying attention. Pay attention and there will be no problems. I do NOT add ice to the pitcher. Cold water only and then add ice to the glasses. Some have complained about the included glass pitcher. I noticed the first day that the pitcher is too thin and fragile and I don’t use it. Instead, I use a sturdy plastic 1/2 gallon pitcher from a well-known company. I haven’t had any problems at all. I also use the maker 2x in order to have a full gallon of tea. No lemon, no sugar, just delicious ice cold, iced tea once I pour it over a glass full of ice. In all, I love this iced tea maker, except for the included glass pitcher.

bought this about a year ago and it still works perfectly. heats up quickly. we make pour over coffee. love it. stainless steel too. buy it.

I wanted to get one without any plastic on the inside and this one met that requirement. Still, the wattage is low and it takes a long time to boil. I don’t fill it all the way which speeds things up.
