They’re so soft, comfortable, discreet but padded enough to handle multiple accidents and not leak (usually). They fit good but kinda run big and will sag when wet, but that’s because it’s a pullup, they do that. The only other option that comes close to the quality of Abena is Northshore but I think these are slightly better, for the price, absorbency and plus you get 15 diapers instead of 14. Overall definitely recommend if you have personal needs or have a loved one, or just like them because they’re super comfy! Enjoy (:

The Abena pants are a game-changer for me. They are comfortable and discreet, holding more than I thought possible. Your anatomy is surrounded by fluffiness, keeping it in place and dry. I was wonderfully surprised. Note that these incontinence products do not fit everyone, so I encourage anyone with this problem to ask for samples and try other products. I actually prefer these over the Abena M4 tab diapers. I hope this review helps. Dealing with this condition is stressful enough. These seem a lot thinner than the old ones. They are ok. Better than most for the price although they still cost a lot.

My son is 11 and has Down syndrome and he can pee through just about any diaper the first time….hut not these!! They are the best of all in my opinion. Tranquility overnights and sensei come close too but these are money well spent. My son needs the most padding possible in the front otherwise he constantly pees through. Most adults pull-ups are thin and made for discretion which is not what my son needs. Love these diapers! Works for heavy heavy incontinence!

I purchased these for my 88 year old mom for overnight use. They are great, but a little bulky for all day way. If she has doctor appointments, I will also use since bathroom access may be limited; no leakage. Never had an accident, and they are true to size.

I want to be fair about my review. For the cost, Abena holds up fairly decently, considering you aren't a heavy wetter. If you wear these for bedtime and are a heavy wetter I'd recommend not using these without some other type of protection or even possibly just opting for the plastic backed tabbed diapers.They are pretty comfortable, very soft, and they do hold quite a bit of liquid. Unfortunately with how soft they are, they do not stay tight or snug. The wetter and heavier the brief gets, the looser it becomes, with that comes the sagging and leaks. They also become pretty firm when wet, but after a while they get very mushy and soft.So if you are just suffering from bladder leaks or light accidents, these do perfectly.

I used for overnight protection. I liked it's high absorbency and softness. Leg fit helps to prevent leaks, but you must get the right size. I started with a size large and now at a size medium. Good price
