Superior Bosch
Absolutely fantastic. Great value for money. It's a nice weight and feels balanced and easy to use. Nice compact size with variable speed on the trigger. Drill quality is great with enough power to perform all the duties around the home. The build quality is superb exactly what you would expect from Bosch. A five star item.

Good SDS - don’t forget to buy a battery though!
A good solid sds. l and at a very reasonable price. We needed to get a large amount of old plaster off a room and was taking forever. This and a chisel end bit made it very easy in the end. It is not overly heavy and my wife was perfectly able to do stints with it.If you already have one of the 18v batteries that go with this set then it makes it very affordable indeed, we already had a couple so didn’t have to buy any and they were fully charged when this arrived and we got on straight away. .As we were using it as a chisel it was in constant use, nearly nonstop for 25/30 mins before needed charging. If you need to do basic drilling I imagine you could go a good while without a recharge.

The SDS Is Not For Normal SDS Bits - It requires SDS Quick Bits (Smaller & Shorter)
Ok lets start with the basics of this unit.... It is a cordless sds hammer drill with inter changeable screw type chuck for screw driving ect.The drill is well made and has a fair amount of power suitable for most D.I.Y work. But I felt let down with its size (Small) and the fact that the SDS is not for normal SDS bits but for a new standard called SDS quick (Smaller Than SDS) which means that this tool will never be able to drill through both sides of a cavity wall or drill large holes in masonry, Just because the bits are not available. Also the screw driver/wood drill chuck plugs into the SDS quick chuck as an extension and are not inter changeable as on other Bosch models. So if all you want is a cordless hammer drill for punching holes for rawl plugs then this is the dude. But if on occasion you might need to do something a little more heavy duty then buy something else that takes normal SDS bits.Update for ALL of these Bosch Power 4 all Cordless Products. The actual batteries for these are absolute crap !I hardly use my power tools and have probably never charged any of them more than 25-30 times since new but they get weaker and weaker each time I do.. Now 10 mins max of sanding drilling or jigsaw and its dead. stay clear unless they announce a product correction.

What a tool
Made easy work of something I was struggling with till I purchased this beauty. I did upgrade the battery to 4ah but it works like a dream easily drilling through sandstone pavers like they was butter.

Quite powerful for a cordless
Little heavy on the battery, but surprisingly powerful when removing tiles. Use ear protection though. Not so great when using with mud mixer for plastering or tile adhesive mixing, definitely needs min. 4 Amp battery.
