The mincer's processing parts are astonishingly made of the lethal unalloyed wrought iron. In the first use of the mincer, and only next day, all those parts were heavily rusted, beyond washing off of course. When reported to seller they asked to have it mailed to them, which cost in postage just under £11. I was given a refund of the price, according to the seller 'as a gesture of good will', just swallow that! Gesture of good will! but no refund of postage costs for which I submitted a copy of the receipt, basing their reason, and after a lengthy period of communication, that the manufacturer denied any fault with it. So they are hoping to sweep you to the manufacturer to argue about manufacturing faults, which I intend to, but did the seller not see with their own eyes how dangerous for health that item was? Does it require much deliberation to realise that iron rust is lethal to health? Or did the seller assume a user's fault - perhaps should not let it be wet, or should have oiled it when using it? It is just pathetic and I am really run down by this seller
