Zing Stikbot Movie Castle Set

Absolutely fantastic set. This has kept my kids entertained for hours on end. My only complaint is we are all hooked and cant stop buying new characters to join the castle crew. Fantastic toy and hours of fun. We even added lego figures and made figures out of playdough. Brilliantly designed. Sturdy and well designed. Perfect pressie for kids. Imagination runs wild

Just waiting for the stickbot farm to be released then my nephew will have the full set, he loves them

My boy was really happy with this, though the instructions could have been a bit Easter to follow.

A lot bigger then I expected, going to have a super happy little boy at Christmas who wants to make his own video.

Great product for any fan

It's a nice idea, and with the use of the app kids can be introduced to making simple stop frame animations. However there's only one figure in the box which to my mind is ridiculous! So if you want to have any simple interactions you need to buy more. I think this is a huge flaw to what otherwise is a good idea.

StikBot's are a fun idea, intended for use with the free accompanying app for stop-motion movie making. There are some helpful 'how to' videos around, as well as some incredible examples of what other users have achieved with the StikBots. The castle set is a good size, quick and easy to assemble, and looks good enough for the purpose. On the down side, the set only includes a single StikBot, so more sets (or individual bots) make storytelling easier. Also, it's worth investing in some kind of solution to hold the phone/tablet still so that it doesn't shift between shots. But overall, a fun concept encouraging play, imagination and creativity and building creative skills.

With your smart phone and the Stikbot App you can make stop-motion videos - and this set of Castles and Knights is perfect. Material is perhaps a little frail - but we managed to make some fun movies.
