It's a great product for electrolyte replacement, whether you need a boost after yard work, exercise, or just a hot summer day. It works great for all ages — my kids and I both use it, and everyone likes the flavors (cherry, pineapple, strawberry lemonade, and blue raspberry are all a hit). I have bought these numerous times over the last 2 years. They are now my go to. Compared to Other products, they are better and less expensive. They have a great flavor and the variety pack allows you. To change it up.

I've used this product in the US and in overseas tropical countries. I believe it works well to prevent dehydration. It is a little expensive for everyday use. It dissolves well when shaken in a bottle, but takes a good bit of stirring in a large glass. I will continue to use it sparingly due to cost.

I keep a couple of these packet in my backpack for my busy days. All I need is a bottle of water and I’m good to go. I like that they’re sugar free and the taste is pleasant without being overpowering They’re really convenient and I’ve been using them almost everyday.

I usually love all the Venture Pal flavors I found these to be way to sweet and therefore not as refreshing as other flavors. It is really just a preference issue. If you don’t mind a sweet drink they aren’t bad.
