Worth to buy. This product
Exactly fits to the car. Was as described. Heat level was less than before the engine temperature. Not rising same as before to higher levels. The temperature stays long time between 82 - 85. Celsius. Before it rises a little a little bit but still within reasonable level. I recommend. It’s really a good product. Thanks

2017 Chrysler 300 Scatpack
I installed it last night. Took it for a 35 min drive from my job to home and it stay at 185F. I was sees it like low 200F but this time it surprise me. I was so surprise since it’s my first 180 thermostat.

Nearly Blew My Engine! (DON’T BUY)
I bought this product 4 months ago and 2 road trips ago. It was fine until a few days ago when it went bad over heated my engine to 280F in about 10 minutes of driving. Had it towed and the culprit of my bad overheating was the thermostat not opening. Diagnosed and repaired from a certified dodge service center. Buy from somewhere else.

Really lowers temperatures at high speeds
Loving this product so far had it for now 2 days and has been keeping my temps down I went about 70-80 miles an hour and the highest it went up was 188 then after it dropped back down to 185-181. Also it’s better to have a tuner too. Highly recommend it I’ll be writing another review later to see how it does. Also test it in boiling water to make sure it opens up before installing. I tested it in boiling water and it opened up about 179 which says 82c. November 12 2024, So far it doing good if you have a tuner tune this to 175 for low and 185 for high. When your going high speeds it will drop and should going above 185 maybe 188 at the most. So far nothing working great. If this fails I plan on going back to 203 thermostat just to be safe.

It works
This product effectively fulfills its purpose by efficiently cooling your engine. However, it has the potential to trigger error codes in your car due to the prolonged time it takes for your car to heat up. Fortunately, if you possess an OBD device, clearing and eventually resolving these error codes is a simple task. I have personally observed that my Chrysler 300 5.7L Hemi engine maintains a temperature range of approximately 180-195 degrees Fahrenheit when I push it to its limits.

Great!
Installed this on my 15' DD R/T. Extremely easy to install. Just take off the intake and the 2 thermostat bolts and swap it out. IMPORTANT! Make sure you put the new thermostat in the same way the old one was taken out and make sure the rubber seal is seated firmly around the thermostat. The old 203°F Stat kept temps just under the one half mark. This new 180°F stat kept in dead on the 1/4 mark. I have no tune. The lowest outside temp I have driven it in so far is 72°F. So, in the winter it may throw a code. But no code so far :D EDIT 1/19/24: I have had this on for quite awhile now and still no fan tune. Even at a 13°F cold start I have yet to throw a code. I recommend tuning the fans bc if you are stuck on the highway in 1st or 2nd for at least 10mins the temps do raise and sometimes tries to run hot if above 90°F. Putting the car in park lowers Temps. Also driving it under normal conditions lowers the Temps back to the 1/4 after a few secs. Overall I still recommend.
