I bought this to make a tomato trellis. It worked great. To buy all of these items separately would have cost double or triple what I paid. Great buy

These don’t stretch or degrade like rope lines. Holding up great. The turn buckles let you keep them tight.

Good price for what is included. I use it for my shade sails, lights, and reinforcing the posts for my shades. The clips are too big tho, so had to purchase smaller clips separately. That’s the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, I recommend this kitEdited: 45 days in and the cable does NOT like the sun! It has turned a dark brown and the wiring inside looks rusted. Photo shows where I removed a clip. Still silver where the clip was but dark brown every where else

Used this kit to install my golf net between two trees. Works great!

Used this to trellis my grapes nice light gauge cable with good plastic coating. Came with all the parts needed to install and tension cable, as to durability hard to say yet but looks to be sturdy. It should be strong enough to support future growth of vines.

Needed a couple of cables to shore up my fence.. did the job had all parts, were durable enough. and had that nice wrench in there to do the exact job.. good product.. thanks... and all parts were thicker that other shops..

What matters when purchasing cable like this, in order to judge its strength, is to know the actual diameter of the cable, not the diameter of the cable with the covering which in this case is approximately 3mm which is .1575mm less than 1/8" even with the covering. The diameter of the actual steel cable is only 2mm at best so be advised this is not, by any means, even close to 1/8" cable or even 3mm but much closer to 1/16" cable than to 1/8 inch.

I purchased this to put a string of lights in my barn. So I didn’t have to climb up to the rafters. It’s a very nice kit and works perfectly for me.
