Removed a hollow stripped bolt with ease

Super great for those limited work spaces where you think it's impossible to get something out of. Saved me thousands. I sheared off a oil pressure sensor in the upper oil pan of a nissan titan. This product was perfect! If it would have broke or not been able to remove the broken sensor It was going to be either a full engine pull to get it out or a full upper pan replacement which would have been 1000 plus I was quoted. I drilled it out big enough to get the 7/32 easy out on it. The did try the smaller ones, but was witnessing them flexing. Instead of breaking them off inside the broken bolt, I played it safe and drilled it out big enough to get a stronger easy out on it. Worked flawlessly.

My 1/4 hex head fill plug on my hydro gear transmission was so rounded I spent hours trying to loosen it with channel locks other hex sizes then when this kit arrived I used the next size larger and loosened it in under a minute after using a hammer to seat it into the rounded opening.

I have a Sears Garden Tractor with a hydrostatic transmission which after many hundreds of hours of use required the transmission oil filter and oil to be changed.When I tried to remove the oil vent plug - the Allen head bit stripped the plug.I then tried to use a “speed out” bit to remove the frozen plug - but just couldn’t get enough “bite”.Finally, I found this extractor kit on Amazon - and it worked great!!!All you need to do is select the right size extractor for the damaged hole … lightly hammer the unit into the damaged bolt… then use socket wrench with extension and proper socket to apply a strong and steady amount of counter clockwise force to break the stuck plug free!!!Once the job was complete, I used my table top Vice along with a Vice grip tool to remove the vent plug from the extractor tool … and as you can see from the photo- the extractor unit still looks new!!!This kit is well worth the money and gets the job done easily!!!

I have used the kit once and it's already paid for itself. I used it to extract a Torx T27 screw that was rounded off internally. The company reached out to me to check quality control issues that I have yet to encounter. It was a nice touch but completely unnecessary. Great kit with no problems. Buy with confidence.

J'ai extrait une Bolt qui n'a pas résister elle es sorti dun coup j'étais content mais lorsque j'ai utilisé l'extractor 1/8 il a casser à sa première utilisation plutôt dessus mais bon la Bolt étais vraiment rouille jammer je les même chauffer pour pas qu'elle casse malheureusement pas asser solide pour le 1/8 sinon super
