Yumi and the Nightmare Painter

The quality of the book is great and its so floppy too!! Love the art style on the cover and ao excited to read it! Going to be my first ever sanderson read.

Though it’s a bit expensive for a paperback; it’s totally worth it! The book was in perfect condition brand new even though there wasn’t any bubble wrap…. Also another thing i loved about this copy is that the book size is big compared to other paperbacks i bought so far.. so the sentences had good gaps in between the lines and words, font size was just right unlike most of the other paperbacks where the words are clustered and no gap in between lines, which are very annoying and such a turn off! Impressive! I was eyeing this book for ages and finally bought it! As for the content inside, it’s a brandon sanderson book…so I completely trust in the quality of the plot line.I just read a chapter and I’m already loving it! The night world is soo 🤌✨ Im so happy! Thank you amazon!🤩

Brandon Sanderson continues to impress in Yumi And The Nightmare Painter, by creating a connection between two completely different individuals to save their world. The worldbuilding for both worlds was paced very well, and we slowly get to explore Yumi’s and the Painter’s backgrounds. In the background, the story moves along steadily and all three collide spectacularly in the climax, making for a very satisfying ending with no loopholes. In short, love it just like every one of his Cosmere books!

Incredibly impressed by the seller who packaged the book so well (two layers of cardboard!) and sold a perfect un blemished copy. Can't wait to start this book, been waiting for a Sanderson romance for a long while now.

Haven’t read it yet, but i received a torn book

great concept, fun plot, a little heavy on cosmere knowledge on points which makes it harder to recommend to first time Sanderson readers, which is a shame because its such a lovely book

This is the first Time that i am disapointed with m'y favorite writer. There are holes in the reasoning. If the people of Painter can reach the other planet,yet they did not explorer the Darkness on their own planet? They are enjoying free and unlimited energy, but they dont trace back to the source of this source ?

Exactly what I wanted!

You may say whatever you want about Brandon Sanderson, the guy has an impressive imagination, this is a very usual love history about a very usual couple of young people (kind of..), living in a very unusual place with very unusual careers and very unusual problems. Made me laugh, made me cry, it was not very predictable, I enjoyed every minute.
