Bought these for the orthodontic shape, they seem to be good quality. pulled on the nipple and it didn’t come out, which makes me think they’re safe.The shape is good, but small, tried using as a teether but the size is too small. So the teething ability did not work for us.The colors are cute. My baby is used to a bigger nipple from a different brand and these don’t seem to stay in his mouth.

No pull tab which is better for us!
When I tell you we spent months trying to find the right formula! Thank god for this brand. This is the only pacifier that my baby will take. She likes the shape but more importantly it has helped immensely with her acid reflux- she spits up way less when she sucks on this after eating. It doesn’t leave little lines around her mouth from sucking hard like a different one by Nuk. She started taking the 6 months one at five months. There is no pull tab that flips up Which she uses to pull out of her mouth.

Perfect for babies with teeth
Daughter is having a hard time letting go of her pacifier. I switched her to these as I saw her teeth were starting to move forward. Her teeth are back to normal now. These are great.
