burnt out
My heating broke in my car so I thought his would be an ideal tempary measure to demist the windscreen. Seemed ok ish to start with. It only really worked on a small area of the windscreen but something was better than nothing. Within a couple of weeks though all I could smell was burning plastic and the fan would be intermittent. It would just cut out for no reason. The plug got very hot too. My journeys are only short so the fan was only ever on for 20 mins at most. Have now returned as faulty as the on/off button also melted!

Such a time saver in the morning and no chemicals
This is so useful for defrosting the windscreen. It appeals to me because it doesn’t involve using chemicals (de-icer smells bad and always drips on my skin which is horrible and irritates it). It’s surprisingly effective considering it runs from the car socket. I turn it on and then use a scraper to remove all the partly melted ice from the windscreen with ease, much nicer than using sprays or just a scraper (which is hard work!) A real help in the mornings when I’m in a rush.

Firstly delivery was excellent, very prompt and when I returned this item I received a refund very easily. The product itself cannot generate enough heat/ power for my use (as a heater as mine had blown) - it didn't shift any of the condensation. Perhaps this is better for just clearing the screen. The wires to the cigarette lighter will not draw a high current, so if your heater is blown, your best bet is biting the bullet and getting it fixed- this product will not do for a stop gap. Once again had no problems with the seller at all, but this product is not worth the money unfortunately.

Awful
Worked for about 10 minutes and died, never switched back on after.Returned for a refund. Wouldn't recommend as even when did work the puff it produced was laughable.Save yourself the hassle of returning it, don't bother.

Highly Efficient Car Heater
This neatly designed car heater plugs in smoothly into the cigarette lighter and quickly and efficiently heats the inside of your car and demists the windscreen. Retailing at under £21, it represents excellent value.

It's ok
It takes ages to warm up enough to clear the windscreen with the temperature just below zero. I was able to clear the top half of the windscreen while the car engine warmed up enough to clear the lower half.
