I do a lot of dishes, and the Blueland Scrub Sponges have become my go-to. They're made from natural fibers, which I really appreciate, and they work just as well—if not better—than the plastic ones I used to buy. The scrubby side handles stuck-on messes like a champ, and the soft side is great for everything else. It’s nice to have something that’s effective, lasts, and feels like a better choice for the environment.

Ingenious idea. Having half loofah on the one side and a bio sponge on the other side. More environmentally friendly and another profit crop for farmers. Works great, too.

I love brands that advocate for the environment, not just create products. If you follow Blueland on Instagram, they do a lot of educational posts and advocate for policy change. It's a far cry from the other greenwashing options in the market. These sponges are my favorite I've ever used. It's so satisfying to know that they are 100% plastic-free and they conveniently have a smooth and a scrub side. The scrub side isn't too harsh either. We don't have a dishwasher in our kitchen, so we go through these sponges, but they could easily last a month per sponge, or longer if it's well cleaned and dried between uses. Some people may not like that the blue part sometimes splits from the scrub side, but to me, it's a small price to pay for safe adhesives and human and planet friendly products. I would pick a small inconvenience any day if it meant prioritizing my health and the health of Mama Earth. Also, great price!

I really like these. They're a good size and shape for my relatively small hands. They are easily cleaned/re-sanitized in my dishwasher - just make sure to squeeze them out as soon as you're unloading as they'll hold a lot of water. One of the three sponges has partially separated at the seams, hence the 4 star rating. Have been using them for months now though, so I can see them lasting a very very long time with consistent sanitizing.

I love these sponges. They last through the tough scrubs. I am the dishwasher so that says a lot. The quality is there. Customer for life.

I haven’t had these sponges for very long, but I am already a convert. They hold up really well (no little pieces of sponge breaking off), and the sponge absorbs better than any sponge I have used. I love that they are not made from plastic material that sheds micro plastic everywhere. Great product

I love these biodegradable sponges. They work great on dishes and pans. I’ve washed it in the dishwasher and it worked well.

I've been ordering these from Blueland directly, but saw that I could get them from Amazon, which was nice to add to fill out my order. I love that, when they are deteriorated, I can toss them into my town's compost bin so that I can eliminate one small bit of throw-out trash, and they decompose back into the earth. And, they are a pretty blue color. The two sides are handy, the scrubby side and the spongy side. I like to get that company's plain sponge as well, to have that alternate for dish cleaning. As my hands are small, I cut that one in half, but this one does not seem very cut-able. So, it's a bit large for my small hands. But, otherwise, a wonderful cleaning sponge.
