Okay so this is the second one I’ve bought. The first one the screen cracked after 2 weeks. I took it to 4 different places to try to get it repaired. 2 of them said that this kind can not be fixed. The other 2 said it would cost more to repair it then it would for a brand new one. So I bought another new one. Major problems: on both of these that I’ve owned it will not stay connected to any WiFi it constantly it says it couldn’t connect. And it’s not just the Wi-Fi because it’s happened with every Wifi I’ve tried. Every time you have to forget the connection on the device and reset the internet and hopefully it will connect. It is also extremely laggy. No matter what you’re trying to use it’s very slow. Keyboard takes forever to pop up. Then there’s a lot of slack when you can type. Overall I would not recommend this and say just spend a little more money on a different one.

As soon as I finished setting up the device it died. I put it on the charger over two hours ago and it is only 35% or so charged that right there tells me this is going to be A problematic device. It came with a screen protector, and when I was trying to take the case off to put the screen protector on the top corner of the device separated from each other a little bit. I was shocked that it even worked when I turned it on the case that it comes in is so hard. It’s not easy to take it on and off. I am waiting for mine to be delivered still and I’m not sure if I’m just going to get them refunded and not open it or if I should open it and see if it was a fluke with my daughters product , I don’t recommend this item. I was trying to save a few dollars but now I know to just pay for the brand name devices

For price good unit. Not slow and accessories are somewhat cheap but work..

Best tablet ever

With the added mouse and keyboard, you can turn this tablet into a laptop and easily get all your work done, without having to carry around a laptop. My teenage uses her tablet to do all her schoolwork, and uses the mouse and keyboard regularly in order to do her assignments. Then she turns it back into a tablet to read, to watch shows, to play games. So far it's had no limits to what she can do with it. She can use it all day at school, come home, and not have to charge it until she goes to bed, and even then the charge is still good, she just likes it to be full for school. I bet the battery could go a couple days
