My English Mastiff tore both of her CCLs and it left her mobility super limited. Leading up to surgery I was anxious leaving her for any extended period of time because she was so uncomfortable. And now that she is freshly post op (surgery 2/20, picked her up 2/21)I’m even more anxious. For real, I was worried about her licking her surgical spot while I was in the shower. I want to avoid putting her in the cone of shame; she is already miserable and I don’t want to add to it.This was an impulse purchase based on my anxiety and concern for her wellbeing. The last cameras I got (for exterior, and a different brand) were such a let down that I was nervous about buying another camera, so when I saw this one for under $30 it felt worth a try for my sanity.Let. Me. Tell. You. I am SO impressed with the quality. It lets you move your view around via your phone from far away. The picture is clear and it does a great job with natural light and night time. The walkie-talkie works, though there is deffo a delay and I *think* the sound quality from the camera is funky. It left my girl howling when I tried to talk to her. (See first photo, her head cock was at the camera sound.).I’m not super impressed with the app. I haven’t figured out how to get to the motion alerts without receiving one and following the notification. The motion detector seems pretty sensitive too. We were snuggling and I rolled over a little and BAM, I got an alert.That being said, I mostly care about the live and being able to creeper on her. I don’t need to go watch a whole day back.It was really easy to install. I haven’t paid any mind to storage or security. Given when I am using the camera for I don’t have concerns about those thing.I do wish it had a turn off button. I have been unplugging the camera when I’m home with her because I don’t need to get alerts about myself. It also kinda sucks that it has to be plugged into power to be live vs. recharging or allowing it to run on its own if needed. For my use, I don’t really care though.It is also possible that if I actually read the entries booklet that I’d have some answers for some of the things I don’t care for.Just buy the camera!

This is my second security camera, and I just love the ease of reviewing the stored recording off my Micro SD card. On my first camera I had to watch the entire recording in 15-minute clips!! With this camera it gives you vertical yellow lines anytime activity is detected. So I can just sweep right to left over this recording bar they have until I see a yellow bar!! I then just watch from the yellow bar to see what happened. So, if I recorded say, from 10pm until 10am I can review everything a 1000 times faster than having to watch every single second of the recording!!The second feature that is pretty cool is it gives you 3 options to talk through the camera via your cell phone!! 1) Your normal voice, 2) It modifies your voice to sound like a clown and 3) it modifies your voice to sound like a grandpa!!Now, everything wasn't perfect at first with the recording or even viewing! If I stood in the camera I was recorded in slow motion, for every second it was a 2-3 second delay! Same with recording and you have to find the tab while the camera is operating to change it to the "4x" option to speed it up. And then, even there, it seemed to not be fast enough. So, I contacted via email the company, and they asked for my cameras serial number, and I emailed it to them and they said I needed to update the cameras version! After the update everything has been perfect the last couple days! One note, if you use a Micro SD I would recommend the 256 MB one, because of more storage, and make sure you format it right off the bat. I didn't format mine, so I had to take it out and then put it back in and I was prompted to format it. I'm not an expert, but doing everything I said it's working perfect now!!Third, it only takes laterally seconds to view the camera on your laptop/computer. Just just download the Arenti app and type in your email or profile and then your password and you're all set to view on the computer!! Only thing is it has a timeout (about 15-20 minutes, but it is pretty long), so you just have to re click on the cameras tab it starts right off again. My old camera did allow me to control the camera and view stored video, but this wasn't doesn't let me do. Just my cell phone where I used the QR codes to get it up and running. I think if I did all that stuff on my laptop I would have all access.Highly recommend the camera!!

I got this to monitor cats that I sometimes foster for a rescue group. The directions for set up were straightforward and it didn't take much time at all. The feeds to my phone and alerts were very helpful so I could monitor feedings, eating and activity levels. Videos were clear and I could access when away from the house. It does make a small whirring sound when it swivels to follow the movement, but the momma cat and kittens got used to it very quickly.

Excellent CameraEasy set up with 5G. I had it up and running within 5 minutes.The only thing I wish it had was a motion light.I have it for my animals and can see them clearly and hear them. The microphone works as described.

I bought one of these to keep an eye on my dogs during the day while I was gone, and I liked it so much I bought another one for the other end of the house. These work great every time I look at them to see what’s going on inside the house they are great!!

This is the absolute best purchase I have made in YEARS. It has given me back my freedom as a full time caretaker for my elderly mother. I can be upstairs on my computer, and just glance at my phone to see how she is doing. I can check in on her at night without getting out of bed. The night vision works really well - it is vey clear. The camera app was very easy to setup, too. I ordered another one today so I don't have to move this one from room to room. You will not regret buying this!!

I do agree that the audio can be a little off sometimes but the picture, the night vision, and the controls of the camera, even from remote locations, is excellent. I have logged in with my phone and always get connected with in 30 seconds, even when I only have one bar of signal.
