Great quality, fast filtering!
Filters fast, works great!I love this pitcher. I've had a brita in the past, and this one is definitely preferable as it filters faster and doesn't have as much waste, as you aren't required to pour out the first pitcher full. It tastes like filtered water should, and I've used it frequently with no issues. My only complaint is that the old filter is sometimes nearly impossible to twist out in order to replace it with a new one. It locks perfectly, but the suction sometimes does its job too well. Just a note, but still an excellent pitcher!

Better tasting water in minutes
Works well and removes any bad taste plus improves water quality. This pitcher is easier to handle. Great value for the money and is built for quality and continued use.

Happy customer
I am trying to move my family away from bottled water due to the microplastics. This makes my tap water taste fantastic and removes microplastics. Very happy with this purchase

Pour spout cover breaks off
I’m really torn on how to rate this PUR Water Pitcher. At one time, I would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. I like the size & capacity as well as the availability of replacement filters. This pitcher is for use only in our travel trailer. We generally camp about 7 to 12 days in most months of the year, so it is not used extremely often. The first problem is that the filter replacement light gives us the warning almost every time we put it in use. Thats frustration #1 but I can live with that.We purchased the PUR in June, 2022. Sometime in Summer, 2024 (about 2 years later), the cover over the pour spout broke and fell out of the lid. It could not be reattached. I decided, fine; just go with an open spout. But no. Now detritus (bugs) fall into the filtered water, causing me to pour it out, wasting the water. That is no bueno.I’m in the market for a new filtration filter. I don’t want another PUR because I believe it will just break like the first one. Unfortunately, Brita pitchers do not appear to have a covered pour spout either.

No longer the quality product it used to be. Do NOT purchase!! look at another brand
What a piece of crap! The water refill port door can't fully open unless the back of the lid pops off the container. The first time I used it, the back actually cracked when I filled the chamber. Then you have to hold the front of the lid down when this happens. OTW the entire lid flies off. You have hold the lid down while pouring since the back is not attached. I considered returning this piece of junk but as long as I hold the back end down while pouring, it will do the job.The whole pitcher feels very flimsy. The pitcher I bought 7 yrs ago developed a small leak. I highly doubt this thing will last 7 yrs.
