Does not jack, but well worth the price in my opinion
As others have said, these don't actually jack up the house. But, for the price I think they are great. I have a bottle jack that I use to do the lifting, then put one of these guys in for support. No issues with bending or weight.

Strong and sturdy.
Used to add support under my office area. Worked great and easy to use. They appear strong and sturdy and should last for a while.

Good value but need adjustable bar.
Sturdy but need adjustable bar to make easy to adjust deck or what ever you are supporting.

Excellent Stability
These are awesome. I needed to support a balcony while replacing a fascia board. They were easy to adjust and very stable. I recommend attaching the base to a large board for better stability

Easy set up
These jacks are easy to set up. The base and top are welded, keeping you from trying to handle 3 moving parts. Very adjustable! Sturdily made too. Would recommend

Works Well
I used these under support posts for a deck that extend to the roof trusses of a log home. Log homes shift and settle a lot so being able to adjust these jacks was critical. They work well for my application. I did paint them before I installed them, as they are outside but under cover, hopefully they withstand the elements.

A support stand...NOT A JACK !
I am finding out as others have reported that these are Floor supports...NOT JACKS ! There is virtually no capability to jack anything up with these supports. They may or may not work to support something but first...as someone else mentioned, you need to jack up the floor or whatever you want raised first... and then stick the supports in an tighten the nut. The top plate does spin to adjust the screw but it is small and thin and there would be no way to adjust grip it properly if it was underneath anything.

Worked Okay !
These jacks kind of worked but I wish they had swivel top plate. It was difficult to tighten as the top plate is welded to the screw and once under load it was very difficult to raise it because of friction. Not bad for common temporary support and they held pretty well under heavy load, but top plate design can be improved to add more convenience in raising them while held under load.
